WATERMANS

On the Barangaroo waterfront, the Bentley Group introduces Watermans, a 120 seat indoor-outdoor restaurant showcasing an Eastern Mediterranean menu by Darryl Martin. Fresh, shareable dishes with vibrant flavours are served within a relaxed, coastal venue designed by H&E Architects and Pascale Gomes-McNabb. Modern luxe finishes, natural timber elements and warm hues of sienna and ochre are framed by lush planting and subtle, warm lighting.
